Datadreamer
For our project at Munich’s new cultural location “Sugar Mountain” in Obersendling, we formed a crew from different fields in order to create something big and new. After a long period of planning and implementation, we proudly present to you the video for our mural entitled „Datadreamer“. Our collective L0fhigh, is known for works of art in vaporwave style. In collaboration with Graphism, a crew that specializes in modern wall design, we have implemented our largest project to date.
Datadreamer
For „Datadreamer“, a wall at the former Katzenberg concrete plant was reimagined in June 2021. The ever advancing digitization of everyday life and art, with which our collective deals, is referenced in the image. Nostalgic memories of the beginning of the digital age are combined with elements from art history and elaborate 3-D renderings. The artwork, which looks three-dimensional even without technical help, can also be set in motion using the free Artivive app, drawing the viewer into an active connection with the work of art through their smartphone. The elaborately designed mural, with its intense colors, is visible to the public and gives the space and the district its own unique identity.
